I owed two people short stories on subjects of their choice after they won the betting pool.  Maggie wanted a story about Suki. Bluirinka wanted Iroh being badass.

I bopped over here from TWOP. This was a scene that time constraints understandingly kept them from showing us but we all would've loved it if we could have seen it.

Thank you for filling the scene in for us and making it awesome. ^_^

hmm, I've never really thought of him as enjoying being a mastermind, though there are flashes of another side of him that are awesome.
Perhaps I'll stop focusing on the nephew and pay a little more attention to Iroh this weekend when I try to convert some friends.

Yeah, I knew I just had to work in some Pai Sho references. Between the game and his time as a general, I figured Iroh must know how to plan three steps ahead of everyone else, and he'd clearly ourmaneuvered Warden Poon well in advance for TDOBS.

You wouldn't regret it. Iroh is made entirely of pure awesome, hidden under a candy shell of hilarious affability.

I feel quite bad it's taken me so long to get to this. You have quite a gift for getting into characters' heads.

Hey, Anthro!

You have quite a gift for getting into characters' heads.
Thank you. Coming from you, especially, that means a lot. I was bit tentative about the whole thing because I hadn't written in a long time. Of course, now it's reawakened the old writing bug and I suddenly have more ideas than I have time to do anything with.
