Prompts, please!

I'm in the mood to write some Buffy ficlets, so hit me up with some prompts please. Give me a character* or combination, a word or short phrase, and (optional) a season from 4-7.

*Any character from S4 onwards (so no Angel, Cordelia, Oz etc.)

The aim is to answer everything that comes my way, but no promises :)

Every time I hear this song I think of Spike and how he's decided to keep his survival a secret from Buffy...I haven't seen the ep yet but it always makes me think of what might have been rolling through his head when he came to this decision...So this is my prompt...

This song is lovely. Wow. It doesn't quite fit my headcannon for Spike in that period, though, so I'm transplanting it a little earlier... Set in the summer between S5 and S6 (for your benefit - Buffy has died to save the world).

I really love how this opens, with this sense of defeat. How everything around Spike is hollow, emptied and left unattended. It just seems so perfect, like the storm is all around them, not in only the rain, but in their sanctuary, and their very souls

Yay thank you :) I dunno if you saw the cleaned-up version on my main LJ? For some reason I like typing straight into the dialogue box for ficlets like this, but they always need editing after. It has some additional lines anyway, if you're a bookmarker.
