Dear Mr. Bright,

I'm very flattered to know Ms. Avery wants to continue to engage my services, and that you're giving me a chance as foreman. I'd be happy to meet with you. I spoke with several people I've worked with in the past, and one new person, Kudzu Emory. I've attached his information below. I think a meeting would be a good idea, and while I have classes in the morning (which makes my work a bit unorthodox, I will admit), I am willing to work around your schedule. Would next Monday work?

Mr. Stuart,

Next Monday would be fine and my schedule's fairly flexible as I usually just make sure I end up where I'm required to be. Is the afternoon better for you since you have classes in the morning? I'm available anytime after 12pm, whenever works best for you.

Would you prefer to meet on site or at another nearby location?

Monday around 1pm should be good. We can meet at Ms. Avery's house if she's alright with that. Otherwise, I know there's a good coffee place nearby. Let me know if that works.

I'll double-check with her to make sure it's alright, but meeting at Ms. Avery's at 1 sounds good for me. We can meet and talk over what's in the plans and we can work on whatever you'll need. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
