The extent of Taehyun's knowledge of sharks before today had not been great. He had known that they ate a lot of other fish, sometimes a person, and lived in the ocean. Needless to say he now knew way more about Sharks then he had ever wanted to. He'd probably forget most of it come next month, but all together it had been interesting. Not to mention the fact that it was kind of cute how into it Robert obviously was.

For that reason only, Taehyun let Robert drag him into the tacky gift store. "I'm going to guess that they'll have a lot of over priced shark themed stuff," he deadpanned. "But who knows."

"That's one of the best things. You never know what you're going to find in the gift store. There's always the most interesting - shark hat!" Robert spotted the shark hat mid-sentence and immediately veered over to the hat that looked knitted and grinned at Taehyun. "This is the most amazing thing ever. Ever." He breathed out the last as he picked it up. Then he saw the price tag. It was way more than he could justify spending that kind of money on a silly hat. "Well, crap."

It was moments like these that made Taehyun wonder if Robert had ADD. Not even in a mean way. He just genuinely wondered that sometimes. "So was I right?" Taehyun asked, slightly amused.

"Oh you were right, my friend, you were right." Robert let go of Taehyun's hand and tugged the hat on over his head. "What do you think?"

He really, desperately wanted this stupid, silly hat that would only provide smiles except that he was almost in a position to buy a house and a shark hat wouldn't help him along there.
