Bradley came early tonight to get a bit of a workout in before Allison and he met up to run. Casey was in the childcare have a good time--he'd tentatively made friends with one of the other regular boys, he said tentatively because Casey didn't always seem to get on with boys his own age for whatever reason. He'd never acted out against one of the girls, but pair him with little boys and the smaller boy always seemed to get into trouble eventually.

He knew Casey would get fed a snack, as that was part of his deal with the girl here who watched him at this time of day, but Bradley chose to grab a smoothie and prepare something bigger for both of them when they got home. He thanked the person after paying and looked for a place to sit down and sip at it for a few before he went to warm up and wait for Allison.

When Dalton reached the end of a chapter, he looked at the menu behind the counter. It probably wouldn't hurt to grab a bite to eat before he was stuck doing the dancing thing, since he'd probably end up working pretty hard just trying not to look like an idiot. Darcy might have chosen the class in order to get him, but he could get her back by doing well at it.

He stood up and went to order a salad thing that said it had chicken. This was a gym, though, so who knew if it was real chicken or like fake chicken. Chicken was supposed to be healthy, so maybe it wouldn't be tofu chicken or something disgusting like that. After paying and being told his order would be brought to his table, which might just be due to him laying on a little charm because he hated having to listen for his number to be called, he headed back to his table.

Bradley, though he wasn't an avid reader, couldn't help but look at the book that lay on the table next to the one he'd chosen. Stephen King, not really his style, but his sister had always enjoyed him.

"Waiting for a class?" he asked curiously as the other man came back over to his table. That was the main reason to hang here though the meals weren't bad either, though he still prefered to take his at home with Casey, a carryover from when he'd lived with Sally when he was younger--habit of family meal times.

Dalton sat back down and picked up his Kindle. He pushed a couple of buttons and was soon back at the next chapter in The Shining. He'd heard something about a sequel being written, so he figured it was a good time to try it.

When the guy at the next table over spoke, Dalton looked over and nodded. "Yeah, I am. Starts at seven, so I thought I'd grab a smoothie and some rabbit food before it starts." He smiled. "You waiting for a class or just relaxing after working out?"
