Rikku had packed, already, and had her suitcase sitting and ready to go. And was quietly playing with Petey the Wonder Kitty, who she was going to miss while she was in Mexico.

She also had the door cracked a few inches, in case anybody happened to stop by but didn't want to knock. Since it was seriously early and all.

Back from Edge.

Still haven't slept.

Still haven't made it up to the fourth floor yet.

Not gonna stop Reno from making a pit-stop at room 308 with a duffel bag slung over one shoulder and something hiding behind his back.

"Anyone awake in there?"

He was being quiet. In case people weren't, in fact, awake. But then, it'd be silly to sleep with the door open, too.

An orange sort of blur slowly, and quietly, set the kitty down, tiptoed to the door, opened it just enough to slip around, and grabbed the front of Reno's shirt for a thorough sort of kiss.

Good thing it was Rikku.

"You're back," she beamed.

"Was there any doubt?" He smiled a bit of a loopy, lopsided smile. "Had to come back. Gotta repay you for the explosives, yo."

Translation: Mmmm, kisses-things.

"Bet you missed me."

Being ridiculously jet-lagged apparently had little effect on his ego.

"Maybe a little," she said, leaning up for another quick kiss. "Having lots of sex with random people helped. Man, some of them were really good at it."
