The font is called 'Love Letter TW' and I got it here:

The 'with apologies to' is in this font, and the name of the episode writer is always from the actual cap - the fonts are really close so it's a relief. I use Impact for all the captions. :)
There is another one called 'Sell Your Soul' which is very similar to the 'Supernatural' font: http://www.dafont.com/sell-your-soul.font
