This sounds like being fun, but I'm not sure what a truth or dare would be in the context of writing? A dare presumably would be a challenge to write something you think might be oustide of the usual for another author or their canon, presumably - but what would truth be? Giving somebody a fact that is now truth about their canon? Asking for a piece that tells a truth?? *is a bear of little brain*

Check out the tag and look over past games will help you out.

So basically if you choose DARE you can get canon related dares, like Edward and Julia get hopelessly lost in the countryside or they can be more general, someone has an unrequited crush.

If you choose TRUTH, you may get things like, does Emily/Liz ever find out the whole truth about her parents or in more general terms, worst date ever!

Make sense?

Yes, thank you! I was sort of vaguely getting there with my guess. Sorry, I didn't even notice there was a tag, and I'm pretty sure we've not played this one since I joined. :-)

Yes, I will go with my normal answer and say EITHER! Throw 'em to me!

I just have a dare for you, but I'm going to make it a big and kind of open ended one so hopefully that helps?

Ash and friends were always my favorite, so my dare is that they go on an adventure, interpretation of "adventure" being up to you - it can be as simple as a camping expedition or a vacation tour, or it can be a crazy au with an epic fantasy quest or pioneer journey or Indiana Jones style expedition, or anything in between.

Have you seen my Pirate AU? There's only four pieces right now. 1 2 3 4 But I think that's what you're looking for. I do need to continue with it.

either I haven't seen it or I've forgotten, but in any case I must go read!

Here's a bunch.

Nekha's adventures as a cat.
Sweet mushy times with Lyssa and Rune.
Drunk Lyssa getting into a fight.
Continue with the Pocky Sundae, at least one piece.
Sketch time: Ski in her wedding dress (the blue one with lots of ribbons).
More high school AU.

Some vague ones:
Party disaster!
Falling asleep in the wrong spot.
Smut.

Mona and Liv spent a day together and it's not a disaster.
Vic causes a brawl in the cafeteria.
I can't believe I didn't see that coming.
Prank gone wrong.
The worst kiss ever.
Worst holiday ever.

Here you go:

Truth - Gina's hopes/plans for the future
Worst job
Happiest memory (maybe for Mona, poor Mona!)

Dares - How would Genevive/Devyn go (or not) in a non Soulmate AU?
Supernatural AU (maybe for your detective team; I liked them all a lot!)

Edward and Julia get hopelessly lost in the countryside. (Heh)
Emily/Liz reads the files on her parents.
Young Edward and Nancy go on an adventure.
More of the Victorian AU.
Worst date ever!
A meal gone wrong.

Ahaha, thanks!

And would you believe I am in the middle of typing up the second one at the moment? Although last time Edward and Julia got lost in the countryside, Edward nearly got sacrificed, but I suppose that won't happen again if it's not an AU...

Some dares!

Role-reversal! Julia is the one in a position of power, always being called away to work, and Edward is just "the husband."
Edward & Christy get into trouble together!
