Losing weight is a bitch mother fudge packer of a knob jockey. I have been trying to lose just 14lbs and it often takes me at least two weeks to lose one lousy pound. It drives me insane.
On top of that I have pmdd which induces chronic fatigue and lazy arse syndrome in me for about two weeks a month. It sucks my happiness on top of that which means I have to grasp on to the moments I feel like working out and go with it when it happens.
I'm not sure what my point is. I guess it's keep trying. Because eventually, that weight will come off.
It sucks that the less weight you have to lose, the harder it is to lose it. First 30 pounds? Melted off. A pound a week at least. Last 15? Agonizingly slow. I cant even imagine only being able to work out half of the month, and how much agonizingly slower it must go. Good for you for keeping up with it.
