Last night David and I tried Tibetan food for the first time at this place Jess recommended. I guess the best way to describe it would be kind of a mixture of asian and indian influences. So we were in NYC this weekend and ended up getting tickets to Equus through the TKTS booth(half-price tickets to Broadway plays).  I will admit that part of the reason I wanted to see it was because Daniel Radcliffe was in it, but I also like plays.  I had heard from a reliable source, who has a huge interest in theater and none that I know of in ( Read more... )

We just had an offer for a house accepted.  Its in Stoneham Massachusetts. It has three bedrooms and two baths.  Open floor plan with a full wet bar so perfect for entertaining. I know some of the tile is kind of hideous so it will eventually be reglazed. If everything goes well we close on December 15th and will be homeowners.  This is a big step ( Read more... )

I am now the proud owner of a Nintendo Wii.

Unfortunately, it has to remain in its box unplayed all by its lonesome self over the long weekend while we backpack in the White Mountains. 

We went to David's family's place for Passover last weekend. The first Seder was at his parents house and his mom is a really good cook and I love Matzah ball soup. It was fun, we threw green onions at each other (that is a Persian tradition that they learned from a family friend who died a few years ago ).  The second Seder we spent at his aunts ( Read more... )
