This wasn't happening. It had to be a nightmare. It couldn't be real, could it? Gilbert was sure that it was some kind of trick that his mind was playing on him. He was laying on the street after having taken a bullet in order to protect his brother when he closed his eyes. He remembered seeing those flashbacks of what happened so long ago. Pieces

"Y-You!" He pointed a finger at him accusingly. "You're..? How are you out of Oz's body!?" He couldn't understand it. All of it was like some utterly horrible nightmare he couldn't wake up from.
"Is all of this your doing?"

"Gilbert...I'm not who you're thinking I am. I'm not that Jack." At least he was used to telling his story. "I've nothing to do with you being here. I'm trapped here just as much as you are."

"How do I know you're not lying again like you were before?" He asked and took another step back. He tried reaching for his revolver but it had been mysteriously swiped from him.
"Because I believed what you said back then and all it turned out to be was a pack of lies. A... A fabricated truth."

Touya had entered the room behind him, intending to pass by and search the area, and only paused to answer his question. His furry black tail flicked back and forth as he glanced from the man to the paintings.
"It's't not surprising unless you're new."

No, no, no.
As Gil turned to see Touya, his eyes shot open wide and he just about fell over his own two feet.
"C-Cat, you're a cat!" Stating the obvious much? Yep. He fell back onto a chair and blinked.

"And yes...somewhat."

"What the hell is this place anyways?"

Ivy turned to Gilbert, resting her hands upon her barren hips. "Welcome to the Love Hotel, ma chérie."

Where did that woman suddenly come from? And holy mother of.. Why was she dressed like that!? Gilbert realized only a few seconds later that he was staring at her. He turned away quickly and ran a few fingers through his hair.
"Th-This establishment is highly improper."

Oz would kill him if she happened to tell him that Gilbert had been wandering around in a place full of naked paintings! That and even though Alice was a chain, she was still a girl and girls shouldn't be submitted to look at such horrible artwork!
Gilbert quickly ran over to her and covered her eyes with his hands. "You can't look at them! It's improper!"

And by then she could probably see it. All of those horribly promiscuous paintings all over the place. He sat there on the floor with a hand upon his brow, shaking his head a little.
This was bad! Really bad! And what if she started asking questions? No, no, no! He wouldn't answer any of them. That was what he'd do. Absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. Or so he thought.

"A disgusting kind." No doubt Gilbert hadn't been expecting an answer to his frantic question so soon, but he'd gotten one. Ciel Phantomhive was standing no more than twenty feet or so away, and it seemed as though the gallery was empty but for the two of them. "I came in here in the hopes of finding something with at least a little taste," he gestured with one hand towards the paintings hanging around them. "I now realize that it was delusional of me to have thought that this place might conjure something anywhere close to tasteful."
He was holding a cane in one hand, and it tapped against the floor as he turned to face the older man. "I take it that this is your first time here?" His flabbergasted state told an all too obvious story.

Oh, he didn't think that anyone else was in there with him. Well, that was even more reason for him to be embarrassed. He fixed his shirt collar a little and shrugged. When he glanced at Ciel, he blinked. The way he was dressed made him wonder if he was also a noble. He did look the part after all.
Gilbert straightened up, figuring that it was best if he conducted himself in a more respectable manner since he was representing the Nightray house of which he was now the Duke of due to the series of unfortunate events that had occurred back home. '"Y-Yes it is. Though I highly doubt anyplace such as this would ever have anything remotely tasteful."

"You are quite correct. Everything here is gaudy and vulgar. Unsurprising." Gilbert's attire also lead Ciel to a similar conclusion, though he didn't have to worry about regaining his composure; it wasn't often he lost it, after all. He took a few steps closer to Gilbert, the heels of his well-polished shoes clicking against the floor. "If you've just arrived," he began, "have you already been informed as to the...nature of this place?"
Ciel hadn't yet had to be the one to break the news to a new arrival, and he hoped he wouldn't have to start now.

"Yes, I've just arrived here. I woke up in one of the rooms not more than a handful of minutes ago." He replied and shrugged his shoulders some.
"By the looks of things, I can already guess that this place is... One of which it's guests indulge in sinful pleasures." He said with a silent sigh. "Are you from a noble house as well?" He figured it would be best to have a conversation about anything but the obvious.
