Souji's now free-floating spirit hovers in the hallway, Souji using all his newfound ghostly willpower to close the door to the room containing his body. Thanks to an incident with the hotel's "new layout" this week, the shower, a broken mirror, and some really bad luck, his mortal shell was currently missing its head, and the room had a fresh new

Konoka, was conscious again, but refused to open her eyes. She'd been out of the hotel for a good respite before being pulled back in, instantly aware of her memories, and the strange and exciting dread. From the odd feeling in her stomach, she knew it was that time of year again, where her demon powers start getting hyper sensitive, and her curiosity and penchant for mischief flare up stronger than they normally would.
But she didn't want to deal with that just yet, so she curled up back on the couch and tried to will her temptations away, and hopefully that odd presence she's sensing will just let her (pretend to) sleep for five more minutes.
((Because I always like new stuff, so feel free to experiment. Konoka likes gentle domination and such.))

Sorry, Konoka, but Souji's dead and has lots of questions, and judging from the horns and tail you might have some insight on the situation in addition to your considerable physical assets.
Like, say, hands.
Souji's transparent gray form drifts over towards the demon girl, silently. He hasn't tried to see if the living can hear or see him yet, so he figures now is a good time to start. Especially since the young woman is pretty obviously not actually sleeping.
"Excuse me, miss. Don't mean to be a bother, but I think I just died," Souji summarizes as best he can. "Do you think you could lend me a hand?"

Rising slowly, she was going to greet him as pleasantly as she normally could--however, she found that she was staring at a ghost. Even without being a demon, Konoka had no fear of ghosts, thanks to Sayo of her class three years ago, and being the ruler of a place that often received magical spirits now. She rose, crossing her arms under her generous chest. Her white tail was on alert now, wiggling slowly and slightly.
"Just died?" However, the manner of his appearance gave her concern. "How did you die?"

He shrugs off thinking about it. It was quick enough it had hurt significantly less than most other injuries he'd taken in his lifetime, and he's highly confident that there was some means of bodily resurrection in this place. There's everything else to do with the body, for one thing, and some of it even rhymed.
Mostly, death was just messy, and rather embarrassing to explain to a beautiful woman.
"Not the weirdest thing to happen to me here, but it's kind of tough to...do anything, really," he explains, relating his problem as simply as he can.

Suddenly, one of the ghosts around Naoto is charged and punched from behind by another ghost, Souji noting with great satisfaction that his spectral fists have no problem physically impacting other ghosts.
The punches don't actually do much in the way of "damage", but the ghostly form of Souji happily beats on the other vestiges to hopefully give them the idea of leaving this human alone.

"Yeah, it's...an embarrassing story," Souji admits. "I should be fine later, though."
"Are you alright?" he asks, changing the subject to something he finds much more pertinent as he floats a little dumbly in the hallway.
