As Naoto held her breath, she might have taken a tiny step back. That single step was enough for her to bump into the costumed young man behind her. His eyes appeared only to be two white slits among a sea of black, covering over half of his face. That alone made his piercing stare all the more unnerving, if the red Batman-esque getup wasn't enough. The figure rested his hand on her shoulder, firmly yet gently. His voice was an older teenager's attempt to sound intimidating.

"Give me one good reason not to arrest you."

The attempt had succeeded.

Her eyes narrowed and the hair on the back of her neck stood on end. Of course; a pursuer already. As intimidating as he was, Naoto wasn't going to show any fear or anxiety about this.

"I'm not some experiment for them... not again."

If this costumed individual didn't let her escape, she didn't mind fighting back... though, the hotel might make her do otherwise. Should that really matter while she was cornered like this.

Tim could detect the contrived composure, holding back from commenting on her behavior with whatever he calls 'humor.'

"And what happened before, exactly? What were they doing to you?"

The scowl on her face didn't leave her. Instead, she looked elsewhere. If she didn't tell him, it'd give him enough reason to drag her off and back to the lab for the reward.

"... They wanted me to conceive for them. It worked... let's leave it at that."
