Slipping in and out of unconsciousness, Sheena didn't know how long she had been left hanging where she was--minutes, hours, even days could have passed, and she wouldn't have known. She did know that the maniac who had bound and gagged her had finally managed to push her past her pain tolerance, but she had still refused to scream or whimper--in ( Read more... )

Along came a curious demon butler who is ever so drawn to the blood, the pain, the agony, and torment of humans. He eyed her wounds, her bruises, and the chains around her wrists and her ankles.

"You're so young to endure that." He said.

At once, the demon went to the kitchen and prepared her a light meal. He's not sure how long she had been in there and how her stomach can handle it. Whenever he rescued a traumatized resident, sometimes they can't handle food.

When he returned, he prepared a glass of water and a variety of toppings on top of crackers. He pulled a small table close to the bed to her, and placed the tray on it.

"You fed me with your blood, so I'll feed you." He said, and sat next to her. "Would this do?"

Sheena looked around the room, her vision still hazy and giving everything a softer look about it. Smaller items, however, remained totally out of focus, and she tried to rub at her eyes to bring them in focus, but her wrists were too painful to move that way, so she settled on examining the gashes there instead.

They were deep--deeper than she thought, actually. Just how hard did she pull on those chains? She couldn't remember. She was still staring at them when he returned, and she blinked and squinted at the food, surprised. He really was taking care of her. Sad to say, however, that she didn't trust herself to use only one hand, so she grabbed the glass with both, trying not to spill it.

"Thank you," she said quietly before taking a slow sip of the water.

Sebastian allowed her to take her time to examined her wounds and allow to settled in. Her eyes doesn't look normal and she looked really depersonalized.

Once her consciousness is shift back into focus, he watched her drinking with difficulty and decided to aid her just a little bit by holding the glass.

"You're welcome." He said. He then picked up a cracker. "C'mon, eat. Just a little bit. Just to restore your strength."

She wasn't ready for him to hold the glass, and made a surprised sound when he did. She kept her hands next to it, though, since the coolness of the glass felt good on her skin.

Once she had her fill--for now--she tapped his hand lightly to signal him to pull the glass away for the moment.

She looked at the cracker with its topping, then down at her hands. If she couldn't hold a glass, then there was no way she was going to be able to hold a cracker... "Ummmm...." Despite the water she just drank, her voice was still soft and low, but other than that, how could she bring herself to ask him to feed it to her?

At that he did and placed the glass down.

She doesn't need to ask. The demon picked up a cracker and place it to her lips. "Eat." He said. "Even if I wanted to have sex with you," he mused. "Your body in this state won't be able to experience pleasure."

He didn't have to tell her twice. Once the food was placed on her lips, she carefully took a small bite of the cracker--despite the signals her body was sending her to eat more and faster. She knew that was the best way to become sick.

Her body agreed with that assessment--there were bruises everywhere she could see, and some she couldn't. But that didn't stop her from looking at him im confusion after swallowing that small bite. "Then why...?"

Sebastian didn't rushed her to eat. He picked up another cracker and continuing feed her.

"Hm? Why what...?" He's ready for her inquiries, whatever they maybe.

She still spoke slowly, but at least she was saying more than she was before. "You said...I'd be your pet..." And in the hotel, that usually meant only one thing. "So, if not for sex...then why--" She cut herself off and felt her cheeks grow hot when she suddenly realized that this might just be his true personality.

"Humanity are considered pets to demonkind." The demon said with a cheeky grin. "Besides, being an incubus as well, I need to feed on human pleasure and if there is no pleasure involved, then the energy exchange is one sided."

He pets her through her hair. "Pets should be nurtured with love, don't you think? If I force them to do what they don't like, they'll get scared and run away."

"I'm...an abused...stray...then?" She hoped he took that as the joke she meant it to be, but her voice was still hoarse. Maybe some more water...

She actually leaned into his touch, starting to feel truly relaxed since her ordeal began. She smiled slightly. "Can't run...bad feet..." She couldn't believe she was actually joking...maybe she was trying to forget?

"If that is your definition, I'll go along with that." He allowed her to lean onto him, if she's lacking in strength.

Ah, there is a pitcher of water close-by. He poured the water into her glass.

"So, tell me about this Sebastian you met...?"

Did that mean he knew she was joking? She couldn't tell, but right now, she didn't care. She was tired but tense and leaning against him let her sit up and relax at the same time.

She brought the glass to her lips--a little better this time, but still with both hands--and took several sips from it. It was cool and felt good on her throat. After downing most of it, she held on to it tightly, in case she needed more.

It had been a while since she saw him--a very long while. And although she hadn't known him long, she hadn't forgotten him. "We met in a library, and I saw him once since then, but I haven't seen him since. He was one of the first friends I made here." She sighed in relief. At least her speech was improving.

"Oh, I see." Said the demon with interests. "And are you fond of him?"

"I'm not sure what you mean by 'fond'." She looked at him, perplexed. Was he asking if she loved him? Or if they were just friends? Or if they had been together? She sighed, wishing her mind was working better right now.

Ah, since she asked that question, then the feeling for that one isn't deep enough. "Do you miss him?" He asked. "I'm just curious."
