Genesis wasn't sure how she let her friends talk her into coming to these military encampments. They were open to civilians, sure, but they were nothing more than a simple social gathering that bored her. There was no excitement and it was rare when the men here were even interesting. She scoffed as she found herself alone again, her girlfriend off with who know what boy.

With a shake of her head, she decided to make her way out of the encampment. Of course, she didn't expect to bump into a soldier in full regalia. "Oh!" She gave a startled yelp, nearly falling over.

Having been distracted counting some passing runners, Alph quickly reached out to steady the young woman he'd run into.

"Are you alright, Miss?" he asked, scanning her for injuries. Colliding with plate steel wasn't always good for you.

Of course not, it definitely hurt her breasts but she wasn't about show it. Instead, she gently took her hand from him and nodded. "Quite fine, thank you. My apologies, I wasn't looking where I was going."

Genesis eventually took in the man in the armor. Well, she supposed, he was one of the rare few who looked quite good in the armor. Perhaps this was why her friends liked coming to these things.

Alph nodded. "It's fine, it's hard to look everywhere at once." That was something he usually told recruits who were having trouble with situational awareness, he realized as he took in the fact this person was obviously civilian... and quite pretty. "Just coming by for a look around?"
