[EVENT | ACADEMIC PROBATION | MODERATE APHRO]

It was hard to accept that he was in this situation, waiting for a tutor to walk him through his lessons. Akihiko always scored in the top ten students, and found it hard to accept anything less. Unfortunately, his position as Captain of the boxing team ate into his spare time, especially now with the rookie championships coming up. But he couldn't ( Read more... )

For a long moment, Karen merely watched him, an amused, curious smile in place. Her heels clicked quietly as she walked to the desk and perched on the edge of it, legs crossing smoothing. She was wearing a black skirt that barely fell mid-thigh and a lavender camisole top with lace accents. Definitely not conventional clothing for a teacher - but she was hardly conventional to begin with.

"Did I keep you waiting too long?" she finally asked, hoping to break through his obvious concentration.

While boxing, Akihiko is someone to be admired. His every movement smooth as his entire body works to throw powerful punches, to dip just to the side and out of reach of an imaginary jab. He's confident and unforgiving with the already worn out bag, but when it comes to social situations...

"Au!" The yelp is automatic. He didn't expect a woman, and definitely not one so...what's the word? His eyes dart to her legs and back again almost immediately- boxing shorts are worthless for hiding protrusions.

"Uh, no! No, definitely not. No way." His eyes drift back to her thighs again, though.

And admire she did. He was quite the specimen. Karen smiled a bit more coyly when she caught the dart of his gaze, shifting just a bit on the desk's edge. "Good. It's... Akihiko, right?"

As much as she may have admired Akihiko's passion for boxing, their academics were at the top of her lengthy mental list of priorities. Mitsuru had noticed the decline in his grades almost immediately, and to say she wasn't very pleased with the circumstances would have been an understatement of the century. The disapproving glances in his direction surely should have been a clear indicator of her disappointment without any chiding needing to be recited. As far as she was concerned, Akihiko was well aware what consequences he would have to face for failing to stay ahead of his studies ( ... )

If there was one thing that grabbed Akihiko's attention no matter what the situation, it was an angry Mitsuru Kirijo. He stops mid-swing and spins to face her in his unpresentable state, drenched in sweat.

"M-mitsuru?" He blinks- what is she even doing here? "I thought you were sending a tutor today."

Despite the surprise, he's polite enough to pull out a chair beside his study desk to offer her a seat.

Well, tearing him away from his focused boxing had been simple enough. On the other hand, most of her dormmates do seem intimidated by her very presence. Whether this is troubling or works to her advantage, she has yet to decide.

She brushes off his initial shock with a wave of her hand. "None of them seemed suitable." And, knowing just how capable she is of assisting others in times of academic crises, none of them seem as qualified in comparison.

The redhead seats herself gracefully in the offered seat, one leg rising to cross over the other. "I'm afraid you'll have to settle for my methods of tutoring instead." If her expression is any indication, she doesn't plan on permitting him to slack off, either.

This being Mitsuru, he's immediately aware of just how underdressed he is. But there's no point to throwing on a clean shirt when he's covered in sweat, so he takes the risk of a disapproving glare and takes his seat without bothering to find one.

"W-what are your methods?" He gulps, trying hard not to watch her legs. What is wrong with him today anyway? She always does that.

Want a Minako? infinite_arcana January 23 2011, 20:09:00 UTC
The sight of Akihiko-senpai shirtless isn't quite the image she had in her mind as she opened the door after a polite knock. Of course, she didn't say anything to disturb him. No, she was far too busy watching him in stunned silence, a soft pink coloring her cheeks.

It took her a moment to glance away from the sight before she softly cleared her throat, hoping he'd hear her.

Akihiko stops immediately, spinning to meet this new invader...except that the 'thug' he had been expecting is actually a very, very cute girl, and suddenly expending all that energy doesn't seem to have helped his libido at all.

"H-hey!" He sputters, voice cracking with the rushed greeting. "Er...sorry. I got a little carried away, I guess."

Smiling a little wryly, she waved to him in greeting as she cleared her throat once again. Once she had her wandering thoughts back under control, she closed the door behind her and crossed the room, her books tucked close to her chest. Of course, she was still in her uniform, but she'd already shed the jacket before she'd gone to her tutoring assignment, thanks to how warm she'd felt most of the day.

"It's quite alright. I'm sorry if I startled you."

Oh, to be one of those books. Akihiko regains his manners after that falter and rushes over to the desk to pull out Minako's chair politely, gesturing towards it to offer her a seat.

"D-don't worry about it. I was told to expect you anyway."

Care for another Minako? xxiicalling January 24 2011, 09:21:26 UTC
Minako was running late, though it wasn't entirely her fault. She was busy copying down notes for her student to use. She wanted to make the first day of tutoring a great one, however it wasn't going to plan. The key to a great day was being punctual, not tardiness!

The brunette quickly ran through the halls until she went up to her student's room. When she made it to the door she paused for a moment to catch her breath before knocking. She waited a few seconds before trying again and opening the door.

"Hello? I'm here for the tutoring....session..." her sentence fell short when she saw Akihiko there...shirtless. What a million fan girls would give to be in her place, but instead of drooling...Minako simply looked off to the side while her cheeks turned a light shade of pink.

"Uh...Akihiko-senpai?" she hoped saying his name would catch his attention.

Akihiko cocks his head a bit at her reaction- hadn't she seen him shirtless before? He drapes his sweat towel over his shoulders, as if that will make it any better, and approaches Minako at the door.

"Hey, Minako. I didn't know you did Chemistry."

xD Well she's new muse so what better way to test her out than right here? *SHOT* xxiicalling January 24 2011, 09:38:18 UTC
"Yeah I do. I didn't think your grades were that bad to need a tutor, Senpai." she explained, trying to will the color in her cheeks to go away.

While she had seen Akihiko without his shirt a few times, it was for practice. To come into his room and seeing him without a shirt was a completely different story. But! Minako believed she was playing it off fairly well, keeping a calm head.

"Do you want to get started now? Or did you want to finish your practice session first?"

"Usually not, I've just slacked off lately...it's all the boxing stuff coming up, y'know?" He shrugs, more than concious of her blush. She didn't seem all that flustered though, so he assumes it's just the heat in the air getting to her, too. Even he feels stifled, and he's shirtless.

"Nah, let's get started now. I don't wanna keep you waiting."

Trust Akihiko to get to training when he should be studying. When her first volley of knocks did nothing, Yukari knocked louder, calling out above the noise of thump-thump-ungh. The stack of books under one arm made it tricky, but she managed, dressed in her usual uniform. No need for fancy stuff around senpai.

"Senpai! C'mon, open the door, these are heavy!"

It takes an unholy amount of time for him to open the door, but his sweaty skin and hurried breathing suggests an intense training bout. His hands are still taped when he holds them out- presumably for her books.

"Sorry Takeba, I got caught up again."

She all but shoves the books into his hands, frowning- he looks really, really good shirtless, that much is true, but even that isn't enough to eliminate how peeved she feels. It passes quickly, however: getting annoyed at Akihiko for training is like getting annoyed at the rain. It happens.

"Yeah, I heard. I'm surprised that thing doesn't break."
