Panic was the first word that came to mind, to describe how Rinoa felt about this particular situation. She'd woken up in a place that was definitely not her room, dressed in something that was definitely not hers. The door was unlocked, thankfully, and so she peeked out into the hallway to see if there were other signs of life. She couldn't see ( Read more... )

Gilgamesh noticed her before she even peeked out the door. Her very presence, her existence, her magic. He could hardly help but be attracted to it. So, walking through the halls, the blonde-haired servant came ever closer until she made herself known before drawing back. The source of magic was a woman, and for that he was rather excited.

There was a wide smirk on his face when he appeared in the open doorway, stepping into the room without bothering to ask permission first. He stopped about halfway between the door and her bed, fingers tucked into his pockets with his thumbs sticking out. Blood crimson eyes were focused on Rinoa, bundled up in the soft material of the bed. His eyes found hers and never left. Eyes filled with lust, confidence, arrogance.

"Are you a magus?" he asked plainly and sternly, his voice commanding.

Startled by the sudden intrusion, Rinoa sat up fully, brow furrowed. Who was this guy? Was he the one behind her ending up here? And he'd asked her if she was a magus... she wasn't familiar with the term, but it had something to do with magic. Biting her lip, she considered her answer; he seemed to already know that she had magic, so there was probably no use in trying to deny it.

The way he stared at her, though-- it didn't help the way she felt. The tingling only worsened as she attempted to meet his gaze. "... I'm a sorceress," she responded carefully, trying to keep the waver out of her voice. It wasn't from fear, more from the fact that she didn't understand why she felt so irrationally attracted to him all of a sudden. Was it some kind of spell? That only caused her to blush again, as she looked away. "Who are you?"

It wasn't fear in her voice. It was something else altogether, but Gilgamesh was entirely fine with it. He continued toward the bed as she answered him. His eyes didn't leave her, even as her eyes moved from his, though his eyes wandered slowly over the rest of her body.

"My name is Gilgamesh," he said, his eyes returning to hers as he came around the side of the bed. His smirk remained, but his eyes narrowed slightly as he stared so intently at her. "Do you know what I am?" he asked, stopping.

ooc: Gilgamesh is a Servant, if you don't know his canon! A Servant is a special, ridiculously powerful magical familiar made of magic energy. Yeah. 8D

Irvine was having a pretty good week, despite the hotel's efforts to make things difficult for him. He was doing his best to see the bright side of things, something that usually wasn't easy for him to do, honestly. Whatever face he put on, he could be pretty cynical, but being around his friends made a huge difference. Being around Selphie made him a completely different person. So, yeah, he could take this.

That was before he came strolling out of his bathroom, clad in nothing but a pair of jeans, his hair still wet, to find a familiar face in his bedroom. The face was familiar, at least, but the rest... er... wow. He'd... never seen that much of Rinoa before, and the shock clearly showed on his face as he came to a dead stop.

"Rinoa! Hey, are you... alright? How did you get in here?"

((if you wanted it to be her 'new' room, that's fine, the hotel could have just dropped Irvine in for a surprise xD))

Oh god. That was Rinoa's first thought. Of all the people who could've seen her in this ridiculous underwear, it had to be someone she knew. And what was worse, it was Irvine. And he was shirtless, which definitely wasn't helping at all. Yeah, that blush deepened as she hurriedly crossed her arms over her chest, as if that would help. It didn't, but it made her feel a tiny bit better.

"Irvine," oh god, this was so embarrassing. "I have no idea. I just woke up here! U-um, where are we?"

((that sounds good to me! |D))

Actually, now that he had a chance to look around the room - anywhere but at Rinoa - he realized that it wasn't his room at all. He'd definitely come out of his bathroom, but... Well, damn. That meant his clothes were nowhere nearby, and just when he wanted to be wearing as much as possible. The last thing he wanted to do now was make things worse.

"Well, it's kind of hard to explain..." Even more difficult when he was trying desperately not to stare at her bare legs. "We're in a bizarre kind of prison, probably in some kind of alternate dimension, where the whole idea is to have as much sex as humanly, or inhumanly, possible."

Dammit, now he was blushing, too.

"People from all kinds of times and places just appear here, and sometimes disappear, too. If anyone's found a way out, they haven't come back to tell us about it."

Rinoa... was, well, completely at a loss for words after hearing that explanation. "You're joking!" she responded, a little accusingly, before thinking that through. After all, why would Irvine be lying to her? And after all those, uh, people she'd already heard... perhaps there was a grain of truth there. It might also explain why she was feeling so... turned on. Not by anything in particular-- maybe Irvine's shirtlessness helped, though-- but just... in general. And the decor of the room certainly seemed to add to the theory. Not to mention the lingerie.

"Well, what happens if you... don't?" because Rinoa certainly wasn't planning on sleeping with virtual strangers. Although, if things kept up like this... she'd probably have an extremely hard time keeping to that vow.
