That woke her up. Ciel looked at her underclassman and blushed faintly as her eyes remained fixated on his chest.

"Tohno-kun?" She asked, feeling his arm around her waist. She reached out a hand and pinched his cheek, pulling hard. "Wake up Tohno-kun."

That pinching roused him from his slumber; withdrawing his arm, he awoke with a start and jolted upright in bed, his hand rising to rub his poor cheek.

"Itetetete--!" It didn't take long for the pain to ebb, and once it did, he finally directed his attention to his lovely bedmate.

"S- . . . senpai?!" Shiki scooted away from her, grabbing his glasses off the nightstand. He hastily put them on, then turned to face Ciel once more. "What are you doing here?!"

And why in the world were they sharing the same bed?
