now that i'm cooking more and watching top chef, i've been pickier at restaurants. when we went out wednesday we had sort of a bland chicken. granted, we pulled the skin off. but i told john i preferred the chicken marsala i had made the night before.
it really sucks to pay for a meal that you feel you could have done better. i have become a total desert snob. i think baking is probably my one truly judgmental area. if i had the ability to do it for money i would!
