Hey, anonymoot! You still with us?

Dr. Horrible wants to start his reign of terror. He needs a few good henchmen. Serial killers welcome. If Dexter's still in the game, how can he and Will discover each other's dark backgrounds?

Duo, young and bored and mildly impressionable with ties to the military? Good? Maybe?

Works for me. Will's not picky as long as his henchmen can be discreet. Also, loyalty is mandatory. Betrayal is punished with maiming or death. Will may be comically awkward, but he is evil. Bwahahaha!

Duo's an expert in stealth and since he doesn't exactly have a lot of friends yet.. I think he'll be there.

Besides, Evil attracts evil. It'll be fun.

w00t!

While I'm thinking of it, what actor do you think looks most like Duo? Picturing him as an anime character is messing with my head. o_O

*scratches head* I am now trying to think of a henchman type to bring into the game.. and failing. Any suggestions?

Rimmer?

But seriously... um... a morally ambiguous version of the Guv? (More so than the original Manc Lion, that is.) That would be frikkin' awesome.

Hmmm... will think on it - hubby's back for the weekend so my general participation will be limited until Monday, let alone cobbling a bio together :)

That said, I've had another character itching at my brain: Ros Myers from Spooks. She's an excellent spy/diplomat/networker/investigator and *cough* torturer, very intelligent, but her real motivation is "the greater good" rather than abiding by the law. She once assured an anarchistic financial terrorist (about to destroy the world's economy, ho hum, art imitating life or the other way round?) that she agreed with his moral agenda for spying purposes, but what if she really did? I wouldn't put it beyond her.

I would say that in a Gamma site sense, if her personal morality thought that Dr Weir et al are going to set up something too similar to Earth, she'd do what she could to change that before it became too ingrained. She fought too hard to keep a political system full of historical enmities stable before to let it happen again.

Ros could definitely work. Will isn't evil for evil's sake. He knows better than most everyone, is all. If some people are too stupid or stubborn to realize that, he'll convince them. Methods vary. :)

Dexter would be very interested in Dr. H's plans *g*

As for how he'd find out.. Hmm. Dexter getting caught in the act would be the obvious one, but that'd open up a whole new can of worms.. I'm drawing a blank - got any ideas?

ETA: But, of course, if Dr. H et al were to be engaging in rotten-to-the-core, cold-blooded evildoing, well, they might find themselves in Dexter's crosshairs, just sayin'..

Hmm. If Will found out that Dexter only kills cold-blooded, evil killers, he might be able to work that to his advantage. Would Dexter take Will's word that a potential target deserves to be offed? Or does Dexter need to determine that for himself?

How about an NPC with ebil plans of his own? He'll want to use Dr. H for his own means . . .
