It was called Last Shadow? Can't remember it. Maybe it's because I watched it in spanish. XD Anyway, my username comes from a videogame I played in 2004. The Last Shadow was the nickname they gave to the Ninja Master Hanzo Hattori. I was pretty much into ninja things by then, but I have to admit that this thing in Avatar is pretty cool too. :D
hehe, especially with Sherlock (the movies AND the tv show), I find it interesting that there are soooo many papers and whatnot from college professors and everyone else about how Doyle actually hid the relationship between Sherlock and John in his stories. so.... it's practically canon ;P
but I know what you mean . I keep asking myself if it's me seeing all these things now I'm aware of it, or if tv shows are just adding it and adding it.
There are? I didn't know about that. Have any links to those papers? I'd love to read them.
At the beginning I just thought my perverse slash mind was playing me tricks, but no, it's seems they're actually adding it. If we think about it, it's our generation and the one that follows that is more into slash, and we are getting older and some of us are becoming writers or work in movies. It's just a matter of time we will find it everywhere and pretty much more canon than subtext.
grr, I can't find the sites I was talking about. I was just browsing through the web and found homepages dedicated to Sherlock Holmes (I guess I was researching if Sherlock/JOhn was canon or not) and then there were quotes from professor whathisname and so on... but it's out there! :))
