This town is rather lawless in a sense, isn't it?
Very free-spirited but rather dangerous since there is no laws here to be govern by and law enforcements presence is slim to none.
Do I dare say that this is more of a pirate's town rather than the fair metropolis like other cities ( Read more... )

exploring, city of sin?, public, worried, peace talks, kropmork-nahk, i bet murder is legal here too

You seem to have gotten some interesting ideas about this place. It's not "lawless" - people just have to take care of their own. 'S why there are guilds.

Thievery and prostitution aren't the only unusual things that're "legal" here, either. You do realize there's an entire guild for assassins, right?

No kidding! I hope they don't have something against the military or something! The last thing I need is to be caught in some nasty crossfire!

Damn, this place is really too dangerous to be in...no wonder the Captain wont leave the Victoria.

Because it's neutral. Really, the only thing the officials care about here is which side will give them more money.

If you can't deal with the Thieves' Guild yourself, pay the visitor's fee. I don't want anyone on my ship coming back and complaining that they were robbed.

Very true....

Very true. I suppose the truth is a bit harsh to see at times but at least here they aren't afraid of showing such truths.
