I think I want a piercing, I just need to find out what will be acceptable at work. I know loans suck, but there are some really good options for loans, too. Stafford subsidized loans, for instance, are completely forgivable if you take certain teaching jobs, etc.....

If you really want to join the military for money, I would join the coast guard instead. You still get money for college and are less likely to go to war then if you were in the National Guard. (that used to be very unlikely, too, but that's changed in the last four years...)
