Our basement just flooded. We're in a bit of trouble. I'm about to take Alex to Panera so he doesn't have a freaking stroke from all this stress. It's bad. It's really bad. We're against paying people to work on the house, but this time? Uh, yeah. It's that bad. I don't even know if my washer/dryer works

Thanks. It will. It just sucks that Alex has to start over on the room. We try to be all frugal by doing stuff ourselves. Well, now I know why we got such a deal on this place. I'm glad we lowballed those guys initially!
