A couple of Kara/Leoben recs to help those of us who felt "Daybreak" kind of sucked as far as that relationship was concerned: Echo/Narcissus by jeeshee and Patterns in the Blood by ariastar.

And the one of Eric, Pam and Chow is hilarious.

I can't wait. Thanks, those sneak peaks made (are making - considering the time) my day.

I love how the conversation in the comments is all about Eric's hair. And damn, now I have True Blood cravings.

ME TOO! And how the general consensus on the page seems to be "Where is the long hair gone? That's not Eric!" in contrast to the "OMG Alex looks SO much better with his own hair!" that I'm seeing on LJ. I'm somewhere between the two. They need to do something about that awful wig from s1, but Eric does need to have the longer hair.

You are ever the bringer of good movie news. Paul Bettany in priestly garb! Robert Downey, Jr. in a... fedora? (not that I'm complaining. As Holmes he is free to wear tighty-whities and a feather boa -- i will still be pleased. *g* And oh my! Cronenberg and Mortensen work so beautifully together. Thank you!

Bettany is ALWAYS so watchable, even when he's in terrible films (Da Vinci Code).

I can't wait to find out whether Vincent Cassel's character will be back too.

I would watch Paul Bettany as the unconventional hero of Attack of the Space Leopards or My Grocery List, Read Backwards in Latin or anything in between those two, so this casting is good news.

My worry for Sherlock Holmes continues.

Also, Eric!

He is always so totally invested in a role, no matter how ridiculous. Inkheart was a bad movie, no doubt about it, but I loved every minute with Bettany in it.

Given the way that the vamps are...dancing (hee!), I'd say that it's a behind the scenes photo, and not a still from an actual scene, so Alex is probably not in full dress and makeup. But I'm still hoping that improvements have been made to his hairstyle.
