Currently enjoying Maggie Beer's vanilla bean and elderberry icecream with a dash of Frangelico. Add that to the list of things I will miss when I go overseas: the heavenly dairy products in Australia.

Holy fuck, Effy's generation! *gulps* That looks like it's going to be hell on us, doesn't it? Man, I can't wait ... I hope SBS fasttracks it so we get it relatively close to the UK airdates. Oh man.

Kaya, who is too beautiful and polished to be normal, makes such a believable queen bee. Oooh, I can't wait!

I love the evolution of Effy, and the idea of her inheriting Tony's throne...just awesome.

That's a series three of Skins? But, who are these people? *so clueless*

The comments above helped. But, whoa. This certainly is a rowdier crowd.

Yeah, they're going to introduce a whole new bunch of teenagers, with Effy as the linchpin.

Skins continues to blow my mind. This show lets me live the downward-spiraling teenagehood that I never wanted to actually experience. True escapist fun! (Did you hear that Kaya Scoledario is dating Nicholas Hoult? ...and I can't believe I just gossiped about a couple of teenagers I don't even know.)

My reaction to Eleven was like "...NOT Paterson Joseph??!" to "This guy is MY AGE, WTF." But he's weird, and the fangirls dislike him, so I am prepared to like him. How do you feel about him?

Apparently they've been together since the first series!? They're like the Dexter/Deb of British teen drama.

I'm not a massive DW fan, but I would have loved it if Chiwetel Ejiofor had been cast, just because I love him in everything and I think he would have been great fun. But I don't dislike the new guy; I think he's going to get teased a bit to start with, like the nerd who hasn't yet grown into his gangliness and offbeat charm.

I LOVE the annoyed bar regulars! I kept thinking: somebody's gonna break a pool cue...any minute now...

Without them, it'd just be a rowdy teenage fantasy.
