It all started with
sarkastic's
idea.
ETA: The 'verse is continued in
'Creatura' and
'Glance Off Paradise'.
Sark as a fallen angel. No, for real. PG. As above, so below. (Vague Sark/Sydney.)

His eyes, lighthouses searching for fellow castaways with ironic laughter, are iceberg blue.
Is it strange that as I read this, I could feel Sark's eyes moving with me? It was amazing.
You made me remember what it was like to write Sarkney. There was always this hint of poetry in between the lines.
Thanks for sharing!

My favorite part, though, was this line:
This son -- not the mightiest, or the most favoured -- chooses to be an atheist. That's quite an pretzel of logic. You have to admire the mental obstinacy.
- I love it for the wry observation.
What a beautiful and lyrical piece of work. THANK YOU!

YES! Crowley-ish, exactly. *g* (I may have an inordinate amount of love for Crowley, sorry. ;)) It really worked for me that way. I agree that type fits his character far better, imo.

Coming back to Sark feels so awesome. He's like Adam - endlessly flexible. I feel like I know him inside and out.
