Apparently the story is based on a real life al Queda attack. Although I doubt somehow that the real civil servants who investigated that attack looked anything like Jamie Foxx or Jennifer Garner.

That some critics and journalists have been comparing Berg favourable with Michael Winterbottom and Paul Greengrass actually offends my thinking.

I think that's why I miss ALIAS so much. Sydney was sweet, nice, dramatic, and kick ass all packed into one gorgeous package. It's too bad JJ Abrams had to go and butcher the series with all that Rambaldi voo-doo. :-\
