HBO has so far failed to exercise its options on the cast's contracts for a fourth season of "Deadwood". The drop dead date to do so is June 11, 2006, which is also the date on which Season Three premieres

It's this love/hate relationship I have with HBO. They can't seem to stop from killing the shows I love prematurely.
