But yeah, this is one of those reasons public schools need more money.

It is, but public schools always seem to be one of the worst. The shitty to non-shitty person ratio is way too high and it's basically impossible for teachers to get fired.

I mean, there's not much one can do about shitty people being shitty without completely revamping the way we think about education. Plus teachers, particularly in public schools, need protections from being fired for just any reason. We should probably rethink the conditions under which teachers can be fired without removing any of the necessary protection that the system offers them.
