Time for something different! Today I go over practice drills I use to improve my aim and movement skills, with particular emphasis on headshots. I focus a bit on Tracer, because the skills involved in playing her well will carry over to almost any other character in the game, but these exercises will also help snipers or anyone else for whom

http://getactics.com/guides-tools/using-a-sniper-scope See the bit about the PSO reticle, that corresponds most to Genji's aiming... it seems like there's a floor you put them on just below the third mark, and that compensates for arrow drop.

I did find a vid specifically on Hanzo's reticle, and I think I'm getting better at it. Now it's practice, practice, practice...
