Something I was not expecting with the new job, besides the afib attacks (sigh), was that I keep coming off every shift ridiculously stiff and unable to move for the next three hours or so- and walking in a bent over "old man" shuffle ( Read more... )

The most WTF one was rolling backward onto your neck and shoulders and putting your knees next to your ears. Frankly, that strikes me as dangerous, and especially so for beginners.

Yes, that IS dangerous. Especially for beginners. Hell, the closest thing to an inversion we got in any of the beginner classes was bridge pose.
