I have to second the "even if you're an introvert, get out of the house" advice. When I was unemployed, I made sure that I had somewhere outside the house to go every day, just to get out of the house and talk to humans. Of course, being an agoraphobic, some of those appointments were to the therapist...
Point is that you are not an island, and you need to remember how to dialogue, so you can script dialogue (or something like that).
It's been such a short time. You're going to feel unsettled until you figure out what the new "normal" is. And it sounds like you've had no time at all in the past weeks to shape what that will be.
