I've just realised that I'm going to be in Paris for London Expo- which would have been my first ever con. This is... well, good from my artistic/francophile side's perspective, bad from that of all the rest of me.

Still, it means that I now don't have to shell out £80 for a costume..

Yep. The London Expo that will remain quite resolutely in London, no matter where in Europe I have jetted off to the day before. :(
