Whatever, they'll ride it out. Our toyotas have never failed us (and I can provide you with several case examples...and you know as well as I that nothing can destroy a Hilux). This is a very politically-motivated case and you should know better than to accept the hype at face value.

And all of this doesn't obscure the fact that Fords explode at random far more than any Japanese cars do (and I can provide you with several personal case examples of that as well). It's just that we expect American cars to be poorly made and unreliable and so we don't complain about it.
