I wanted to be Carmen Sandiego when i was a girl. I also had that Africa map down cold from the TV show. I would have picked somewhere in Alaska to go for my trip. I had it all planned out. Unfortunately I never got on the show :(

On the topic of easily enlarging characters for wall decoration, for awhile my daughter's room had several 24x36" posters enlarged from computer desktop wallpaper images of her favorite characters with Rasterbator. (The name sounds naughty, but it's a service that creates huge, rasterized images from uploaded pictures.)
