Funnily enough I used to have a housemate who behaved just like that, cept he shouted and swore in English not German lol. He had the room above me though and I could regular hear thing being thrown around the room in frustration and him shouting and swearing. It got quite scary sometimes cos he'd then take his anger out on us and shout and swear at us instead. I thought he was gonna absolutely belt me one once cos I told him to stop shouting at us cos it wasn't out fault his computer was running slow and he turned on me and let rip, verbally I mean. Luckily, I think he knew he was going to do something stupid as well and he walked out. He was a bit odd.
