She's pretty worried as she only has a few weeks to get everything handled and moved and has no family there and really doesn't know anyone either. I can't remember who all

I actually deal quite well with change. It is the *anticipation* of change that turns my insides into bendy straws.

I was hoping to find a cheaper apartment but all of those so far have had very negative reviews (one even mentioned bedbugs *shudder*). So mostly I would like to know where I should stay *away* from.
