Had a slap in the face by my depression yesterday evening. It totally seemed to be out of the blue especially after such a great weekend but this morning I noticed that I think I accidentally skipped my meds yesterday morning (which is when i take my Cymbalta) so that's probably what set it off. However, the hugs, love and calls from my friends
