Alright, I really need to post something a little bit naughty here. Especially in lieu of the absurd new law that would require anyplace that sells reading material with any sort of "adult content" in it to be registered as an Adult Business (this includes libraries and religious bookstores

I don't have a problem with my parents and friends and porn, but I think that porn is one of those things that is intensely personal. I mean, suppose my parents got ME porn, I would be looking at it thinking, "Why on Earth did they assume I would like big jugs/bondage/homosexual men?" Tastes vary, I just wouldn't even try. I would probably make the effort to make it convenient for someone I loved and knew loved porn to pick themselves up something though.

My policy is: If you want porn and you visit, you supply your own. You can use what I have when I'm not around, but leave it clean.

1. I don't think they SHOULD provide him with porn, but I'd say if they want to, who cares? At least make it clear they don't care if he brings his own. I like the 'should' though - this is conjuring up ideas of skin mags next to chocolates on the pillows of proper hostesses.

2. My parents would be beyond horrified if I provided them with porn.

1.) Why not? Obviously, with the presence of a small child, there are some concerns about exposing him to it, but if the adults are discreet, I don't see the problem.

2.) If my parents are into pr0n, I don't know about it. Actually, I'd rather not know. I'd be happier.

3.) Sure, if I knew what they were into. Taste is a personal thing, but if I knew someone a.) liked pr0n and b.) liked a particular kind of pr0n, and I found something they might like, I'd pick it up for them.
