So, last night we went to see a sneak preview of the new IMAX movie, "Mummies: Secrets of the Pharaohs". It was really good. No pukey swooping scenes. Lots of good history, reenactments and science. I noticed that about the comic. I thought "the guy's only got three comics up, and one of them appears to be a blatant ripoff... is this thing going to flop?" I'll keep up with it for a while, only because I haven't yet dropped The Perry Bible Fellowship from my reading list, but I don't think I'll be forming any attachments just yet.

He wasn't trying to copy. He genuinely didn't realize that. He's not an avid reader of S*P. However, it's only going to be once a week and the emo doucehbag line was funny. I guess since he's had a kid, this is easier for him to identify with that his past "Taking Up Space" comics.
