I do not blame you for the doctor hiatus. Many doctors out there need a serious procedure done to relieve the pressure of their swelling egos. Trust me, I used to work for a very famous cardiologist. His nickname had come to be known as "God."

Sweet zombie jesus! Out here, all Comcast manages is to send techs who barely speak English to sleep on our couches... I complained about that before, but seeing that cable companies in the midwest can employ their own police force I can honestly say that I'm happy with Comcast's level of customer service

I really feel for you... I can totally understand the BS with the insurance and doctors. I hope you really stick it to them at those two places. They need to be correcting things!
