&44 Trouble Looms [Public]

Jan 24, 2009 20:39

As many of you may know already, the air here has become tainted with a toxin unknown to us!

There is no proof to claim this is the work of our captors but such rhetoric shall not be easy to quell because of feats done by them to us in the past. It matters not who is to blame for this current matter but I ask for all to remain patient and seek aid ( Read more... )

I am uncertain as to the cause, although the theory that it is a gas of some sort obviously seems the most valid. Some gases do emit strong odors, however, I admit it is not a field I know much about...

As towards health risks, I am attempting to organize a small party to search the hospital for supplies - masks, oxygen, and the like.

That is a bold idea to search the hospital but be wary of any of the fiends that lurk within it's corridors. The clinic will certainly need more supplies as the day continues on, it seems these fumes are merely getting worse as the hours pass us by.

We are on the verge of a grave disaster...

If you need the extra manpower, I do not hesitate to lend my aid.

Yes. We will certainly not go unarmed. Thus far there are four, perhaps five going. I hesitate to add many more, simply due to the size of the hospital and the area a fight would take place in. The more people in close quarters, the easier it is for an accident to occur.

I can only hope that we have reached the plateau.

Do not hesitate to contact me or others in case you need anymore able warriors. The hospitals corridors are quite small and compact but the fiends there care not for those who trespass upon their territory.

Be mindful of that, the last time I remember awakening in that hell was during the battle against those 'Heaven Smiles'. The zombie-like fiends who explode on contact.

I do not know if they lurk anywhere near the hospital anymore but be cautious.

Is that so? What has befallen upon the two of you? If either one of you are injured, head to the clinic with haste!

We're both sick, Gabranth.

I see.

I do hope the two of you are seeking help at the clinic...

Any word from other members of law enforcement? I know of a brave few who wish to brave the outside in search for the source of this matter but I know naught of who they are.

It is di- ~cough~

It is difficult to breathe under these circumstances.

Getting to higher ground, it is a little easier. It is not as thick on tall buildings. The source is probably coming from ground level or below.

I'm going to ~cough~ try to get people to the top of buildings.

To higher ground, you say? Sakon, you are a genius!

The source of these fumes must be coming from ground level so if we were able to usher the sick above the fumes...

A... Aa... thank you.

It might have been a gas pipe that leaked. There's sulfur too so ~cough~ I'll do the best I can.

Sulfur, you claim? Aye, perhaps a gas leak is the cause of this nightmare but what could have punctured a gas pipe?

Perhaps during the satellite crash, Sakon? I believe so.
