I once found a short info, in Spanish sadly, in which that Yuujou Sange was claimed to be a re-edition of the manga in a wide format or something like. Maybe two volumes in one as but the covers of this one and the second volume do look alike. All I know is that this book is a special edition or something as the circulation is smaller than usual. And there is no summary anywhere >.>;

A "condensed" version of the original manga maybe, with special extras? Hmm.
