The Case For (or against) Thomas Fells mortalterror February 2 2008, 19:57:39 UTC
While I seriously doubt that I could put up a better fight than Tim, I will have to admit to some experience in these matters. I was particularly bothered that the number of fights you've been in was capped at 8 or more when as I've told Eric in the past, "I just don't understand people who've never been in a fight. I fought every day as a kid: in the street, in the home, at school, anywhere there were people. I probably fought nearly three hundred times." I've fought with weapons, without weapons, with granite blocks I found in the street or a can of Sprite my mother packed in my lunch. I've fought multiple opponents at once ( ... )

That happened to me as well. I went out of Tim's window to google and searched "How many five year olds could you take in a fight?" Then it worked.

I think the only factor in stopping a grown man against five year olds is getting tired. I think this would be much more interesting if it were 10 year olds. When the children really start to develop.

That was my favorite part of The Devil's Backbone. These three crooks go looking for hidden treasure at an orphanage and lock the kids in a storage closet. A bunch of people, including all of the adults are already dead, so the kids decide to take things into their own hands. The oldest of them is perhaps thirteen or fourteen. "They're bigger than us. And they have guns." "Yes, but there are more of us." That line was delivered in such an intense and creepy way, then all of the kids started crafting shivs, shanks, and makeshift spears. You liked Pan's Labyrinth. You'd probably like The Devil's Backbone.
