Probably not- But the thing is he'd be really useful against the monsters. He just sounds like some lonely kid... If he tries anything, I'll stop him.

The point of fighting monsters is to keep the populace safe, Sonic.

That's priority one; if this kid is more of a danger unchipped than he is a help, that needs to be considered.
