Really? I thought I did... Or did my communicator cut out. It's been doing that a lot recently. Think I gotta get it checked out.

Anyway, whenever someone is brought to this dumpy city, they're automatically chipped! This chip makes it totally impossible to use special skills! You wouldn't believe it, me, but in my case, when I had my chip in, I could only go to a maximum of 100mph! And if I did manage it, I'd collapse the next second! It was a TOTAL bummer.

If you have a chip in you, I'm willing to bet you'll be going through the same business as I did. You can get people to remove it, but everything's kinda hectic right now.
