If anyone needs me, I'm going to do a quick run around the city in search of the Chief. He's gone missing, apparently. Well... One person said so, but. I wanna be sure.

... I know I went off like a loose cannon last time and made a lot of people really unhappy the last time one of my close friends went missing... But I made a promise to the Chief that I intend to keep, no matter the circumstances or whoever tells me what's what. If I don't go through with it, I'll never get it off my mind.
