Eat normal. Not a binge, not restricting. Just one normal day.
Requirements-
don't count calories
don't eat fast food
dont binge on muffins (Dunkin Donuts, mmmm)
Eat somewhere between 1200 and 1500 calories
Can I do it?

It seems like lately all I've ever done is binge.
