Granted, the only other island weirdness Hawkeye had been around for was the dream thing, but this was just strange. It seemed like half the island was children--and, technically, that included Annabelle. Of course.
To take his mind off that and pondering how long this switch...thing was going to last, Hawkeye wandered along the beach, unable to keep from grinning at some of the kids who obviously weren't used to being kids. He was kind of glad he hadn't changed.
